All material and content found and presented on the CPDE website is the intellectual property of Continuing Professional Development Education Courses.
Any reproduction of material found or presented on the CPDE website is in breach of Trademark and Copyright laws. Any downloading, sharing or distribution of material from the CPDE website without authorization from CPDE is strictly prohibited.
Reproduction of any photographs, animation, video or slides without the written consent of CPDE is strictly prohibited and in violation of the terms and conditions.
Material is delivered via streaming methods on the internet. Storage or reproduction of any material found upon the CPDE website is strictly prohibited and in violation of the terms and conditions.
It is solely the responsibility of the user how the information delivered on the website is interpreted and used within the clinical environment. Under no circumstances is CPDE courses or any presenters on the CPDE website liable for any claims that may arise from use or misinterpretation of information material delivered or contained on the CPDE website, whether in the form or video, audio, handouts or course material.
To use or access fee based modules, registration and payment is required.
All payments must be made online using an acceptable credit or debit card via the secure third party online payment method.
All payments and transactions are made via secure payment methods using a secure third party payment provider in the form of PAYPAL. CPDE courses does not hold any credit card or payment details. CPDE courses cannot be held liable for any issues with money transfer or credit information and its misuse.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
On receipt of payment modules shall then be made available for the agreed upon period as per the terms and conditions of the CPDE website.
CPDE courses reserves the right to alter its fee structure at any given time.
USER NAME AND PASSWORD
When registering for CPDE courses via the website a user name and password will be generated. The user is responsible for any and all use of these details.
CPDE courses will not be liable for any loss, damage, claims, costs or expenses that may be incurred out of loss or misuse of the password or user name.
CPDE courses reserves the right to email members emails or promotional material that may relate to events or changes to the website or the website material.
Al information presented is via the internet, and all users should have the correct hardware to use this site. All hardware requirements can be found on the registration page. CPDE accepts no responsibility for hardware issues.
CPDE courses takes the running of the website seriously. All efforts shall be made to keep the website active and smooth running. In the event that there is a technical failure, CPDE courses will not be liable for any loss of audio, presentation modules or audio. All efforts shall be made to rectify this in a short time period. Any modules or content missed that the user was eligible for shall be made available to the user on resumption of services.
Misuse of viruses, worms or other harmful technology is strictly prohibited and in breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990. All parties in breach of this act will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All activities undertaken and completed by the user are confidential. These will only be released to you, and anyone (regulatory body) nominated by you. Assessment grades and results are not revealed, and a Certificate of Completion shall only reflect that a course has been competently completed.
CPDE courses takes personal information seriously. Under no circumstances will CPDE courses pass on, sell, or misappropriate any personal details provided (i.e. names and email addresses). These details are used solely for the purpose of identifying the user and the modules they have purchased.
CPDE courses reserves the right to use email addresses to advise of previous, present or upcoming material or offers that are related solely to the CPDE courses website.
CPDE courses does not hold any personal information such as credit card or banking details. Any payments made are made via secure third party provider. CPDE courses cannot be held liable for any issues with money transfer or credit information and its misuse.
In the event a module is unavailable after the user has completed purchase the user shall be informed via email. The order shall be cancelled and a full refund shall be provided once your payment has been processed, and returned fully to the credit card that was used to complete the initial purchase.
A refund may be offered if you are not satisfied with the site. Refunds will only be offered to the same credit card that the original purchase transaction was made with. Refund requests can be made via email to info@CPDEcourses.com.au. All requests must be made within 14 days of enrolment in a module/s and prior to any assessment or Certificate of Completion being issued. No refunds will be issued later than 14 days after enrolment of a course, or if assessments or/and a Certificate of Completion has been issued. Any refunds offered will be less an administrative fee of 20% of the module in which the user enrolled.
DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
In purchasing modules a user enters into an agreement with CPDE courses and its conditions (see Terms and Conditions). Either the user or CPDE courses can terminate the agreement at any time by sending notice to either party. On termination the user will cease to be an authorised user of the site and its services.
If the user supplies information that is not accurate, or is in breach of the Terms and Conditions of the CPDE courses, CPDE courses reserves the right to terminate the agreement within 24 hours of breach of the agreement. On termination the user will cease to be an authorised user of the CPDE courses site and its services.
CPDE courses will not be obliged to refund any amounts paid by the user for services or modules offered by CPDE courses if the user’s is in breach of the Terms and Conditions of CPDE courses.
Unless otherwise stated, all modules, and/or course materials shall expire after 365 days after enrolment. CPDE courses reserves the right to change this at its sole discretion. Users will be notified prior to any changes to course material expiration times.
The user will fully indemnify CPDE courses in respect to any loss, damage, costs, expenses, fines, claims, demands or misuse of material that may occur in connection with using the CPDE courses site and any material there contained on the website, or any breach of the terms and conditions of the CPDE courses by the user.
Changes to these conditions may occur. Users will be notified in advance of these changes. It is the responsibility of the user to keep up to date with changes in the terms and conditions. If the user does not agree with these changes, the agreement can be terminated at no cost to CPDE courses.
CPDE courses take your privacy seriously. CPDE courses does not invite or condone any form of spam. Any information collected by CPDE courses remains strictly confidential and is not shared with any third parties. Your information is not sold, shared or swapped with any other groups. Information gathered is used to identify the user for the purpose of modules or content purchased. The details supplied by the user are then used to identify and issue a Certificate of Completion and the equivalent CPD points to the registered user (via information supplied via the user). All personal information can be viewed and edited at “Edit Profile” once a user has logged in.
CPDE courses does not request or store any personal payment information. All payments are made via a third party encrypted payment system.
CPDE courses is not responsible and will be indemnified by the user for any liability due to misinterpretation, misuse, or negligence that may arise from use of this website and materials contained therein. It is solely the responsibility of the user as to how material contained on this website is interpreted and used in the clinical setting.
Unless advised by the user, promotional material, offers or new developments relating to CPDE courses may be offered in the form of an email. The user has the right to be removed from this potential material. CPDE courses does not condone spam, and only material that relates to CPDE members will be distributed via email.
